कबीर अंत्येष्टि अनुदान योजना ( KAAY) के माध्‍यम से किसी भी लावारिश लाश या किसी बीपीएल  परिवार के किसी सदस्य की मृत्यु के मामले में  मृतक के परिजनों  को  अथवा लावासरिश शव को अंत्‍येष्टि ( अंतिम संस्कार की रस्म ) करने के लिए Rs. 3000   एकमुश्त अनुदान प्रदान करती है। KAAY योजना सिर्फ  बिहार राज्य सरकार की योजना    है। Kabir Antyeshti Anudan Yojana बिहार राज् ‍ य अंतर्गत बिहार सरकार द्वारा गरीब व् ‍ यक्ति जो गरीबी रेखा के नीचे आते हैं , वे आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर होने के साथ साथ बहुत ही देयनीय स्थिति में जीवन यापन करते है। ऐसे में उस परिवरों में किसी की मृत् ‍ यु हो जाती है तो सरकार उनके दाह - संस् ‍ कार के लिये तत् ‍ काल 3000 रू की मद्द के रूप में सहायता कबीर अंत्येष्टि अनुदान योजना के तहत करता है।   मृत्यु एवं अंत्येष्टि सहायता   योजना के तहत उन सभी वर्ग के आम नागरिक जो की BPL अंतर्गत आते है अगर किसी के परिवार में आकास्मिक मृत् ‍ यु हो जाती है चाहे वो किसी भी उम्र का हो मृ
